Customer Policies
Last updated: September 1, 2026. These policies describe DocMorph AI's actual behavior during the controlled beta. No certifications, legal compliance, security guarantees, or uptime guarantees are claimed unless explicitly stated below.
Terms of Service
DocMorph AI converts supported documents through a server-side pipeline. You may use the service only for documents you have the right to process. Output is generated by deterministic conversion engines and, for Beta image routes, by AI vision extraction; output is validated before a conversion is marked complete, but fidelity may vary by format and is not guaranteed to be lossless. The service is provided "as is" during a controlled beta.
Privacy Policy
Documents are processed server-side and are not shared across tenants by design. The service uses privacy-safe analytics: pseudonymous events only, and never document contents, filenames, or extracted text. Analytics require your consent and can be declined. We do not sell data. Tenant access is designed around row-level controls. End-to-end billing and entitlement isolation remains under controlled testing during the beta.
Pricing & Allowances
During the controlled beta, billing runs in Stripe Test mode — Subscribe starts a test checkout that completes no real charge. Proposed plans: Free ($0, 10 conversions/mo, 5 MB max, Live routes only, no OCR); Pro ($12/mo, 500/mo, 25 MB, Live + Beta routes, OCR with consent); Business ($49/mo, 5,000/mo, 50 MB, workflows + shared workspace where already functional). API and Enterprise are not self-service during the beta. Final pricing is set only with unit-economics evidence. Unlimited plans are not offered.
Billing Frequency, Cancellation & Refunds
Paid plans, when activated, bill monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation is designed to take effect at the end of the current billing period. During the Test-mode beta, all transactions are test transactions and no real charge occurs, so no refund of a real charge is applicable. For any future paid period, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — request support and we will respond within the target below.
Data Retention & Deletion
Uploaded documents and outputs are retained per your selected retention policy and automatically expire (options: immediate, 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days; default 24 hours). You can request deletion of your data at any time via support; deletion removes the associated file assets and job records. We do not retain document contents beyond the configured retention window.
Service & Beta Limitations
Supported Live routes are read live from the conversion capability registry. Beta image routes (JPG/PNG) use AI vision extraction and fidelity varies by image; output is validated before completion. OCR is available only with explicit consent and only on eligible plans. Office-format conversions (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX), PDF page manipulation, and some other formats are roadmap items and are advertised as "coming soon" — they are not available for purchase. No production capability is advertised without evidence.
Support
Beta support details are provided to invited participants. Target response time during the beta is 2 business days. This is a target, not a guarantee. Issue types handled: failed checkout, duplicate charge, cancellation, refund request, lost entitlement, incorrect usage count, webhook failure, customer-data deletion request, suspected abuse, and service incidents.
Prohibited Use
You may not use DocMorph AI to process documents you do not have rights to, to attempt to extract sensitive personal data at scale without authorization, to abuse or circumvent rate limits or allowances, or to distribute malware. Suspected abuse may result in suspension. We claim no regulatory certification, compliance attestation, or security standard unless separately and formally established.
